By completing this application form I am applying to be a member of the Association and agree to be bound by its constitution and consent to my personal data being retained by the Association to enable it to function.

I consent to the Association using my personal data to communicate with me.  My data will not be used for marketing purposes nor shared with anybody else except if and when legally obliged to do so.

My personal data will be deleted from the Association’s records on receipt of my written request or 7 years after I have stopped being a member, whichever is the soonest.

A copy of all my personal data held by the Association will be provided upon my written request.
